How do I participate?
You can participate in OpinionMart surveys by visiting web sites where the surveys are running. Also, you may join our survey panel, which would entitle you to receive invitations to surveys via email. We generally try to send you surveys that match your profile to keep things interesting.
Why should I participate?

How old do I have to be to participate?

How do I claim a prize?
If you have participated in an OpinionMart survey and have been randomly selected as a winner, you will be notified by the email you provided to us, usually within 3 to 6 weeks of the completion of the survey. You will be asked to complete an Affadavit of Eligibility to verify your age, tax information, and other information to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the survey rules. Once we verify your eligibility, we will send you the prize.
